Chairman Zhenhua Zhen graduated from Hebei Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Technology (now Hebei University of Science and Technology) in 1985 with a bachelor's degree in electrical automation. In 1998, he received a master's degree in world economy from Hebei University. In 2012, he studied EMBA at the School of Economics and Management, Peking University. In 1985, he worked in a tannery in Xingtai City, where he worked as a technician, workshop director, chief of the factory's technical quality department, and deputy director. In 1994, when he was 31 years old, he was the director of the tannery in Xingtai City. Xingtai City Tannery was the key state-owned enterprise in the tanning industry at that time. It had more than 1,200 employees and was also a major state-owned enterprise in Xingtai City. It is the first company in the country to introduce 40 million equipment and technology from Spain, the most advanced country in the tanning industry. From the late 1980s to the end of the 1990s, the leather factory in Xingtai City created the glory of the country's leather enterprises, with an annual sales income of over 100 million yuan, profits and taxes exceeding 10 million yuan, ranking first in the national quality appraisal for ten consecutive years, and products have won national awards. The second prize for scientific and technological progress, the only "National Excellent Gold Medal" in the national tanning industry, and the "Guofu" brand leather clothing are popular in the north and south. This has led to a significant increase in the quality of Chinese leather and promoted the development of the Chinese leather industry.　　　　　

   After 2000, due to many reasons such as the state-owned enterprise system and mechanism, the market changes, etc., in 2008, Zhen Zhenhua founded Qishi Tongying in Xinji City and started his own business. In 2011, he moved to the Nangong City Economic Development Zone and established Nangong City. After a few years of good faith management and sales growth, the company has become one of the major taxpayers in Nangong, and has made significant contributions to the economic development of Nangong City. Every year, it receives awards from the Nangong City Government. In 2013, he was elected president of "Nangong Fur Industry Chamber of Commerce", and was honored as "Environmental Protection Model" by Nangong City Federation of Industry and Commerce.　　　　

In July 2014, the joint-stock company was restructured and the company was renamed Hebei Qishi Tongying Leather Products Co., Ltd., and it was successfully listed on the Shijiazhuang Stock Exchange on August 28.
